How do RWTO items fit?

Jackets fit slightly oversized. If you want a slim to regular fit size down.

Hoodies fit slightly oversized but if you like it snug, order a size down.

Pants have a regular fit at waist, thighs, and hips and a slight taper to the ankle. which is how we like it. Order size up for roomier fit.

Most emails will responded to within 24-48 hours but please allow us more time during busy periods. We are closed during all national holidays. 

Do you ship International?

RUN WITH THE ONES does not ship internationally at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Applepay and Google Pay.

What is sales tax?

RWTO is required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: California. 

How do I know my order was received?

Once you’ve completed your online order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check this to ensure all your details are correct. If any details for incorrect, please contact us immediately at rwtocontact@gmail.com If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours, please check your junk folder. 

Can I change my order once placed?

Please email rwtocontact@gmail.com and well do our best to make sure you are accommodated.

What if my order is not correct?

Every so often mistakes do happen but we will do our best to fix it. If you notice a mistake with your order, please contact rwtocontact@gmail.com and we will look into it. Please include your order number at all times when emailing us. 

What is the return policy for sale items?

All sales are final for sale and promotional items.
