REFUND POLICY

All sales final once package has shipped.

If you have received the wrong size, please email us and we'll ship you the correct size. You must first, return your item before the shipment of the second item. The returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A return label will be provided. 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated shipping date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped. Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.

T-Shirt Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship out of our logistics facility in Los Angeles, CA.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes for security purposes.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

RUN WITH THE ONES uses UPS and USPS for all domestic delivery within the United States. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we are unable to reroute packages once they are shipped.

All packages with an order value of $500 or more may require signature for delivery.

Prices displayed on our site are US dollars and exclusive of taxes. Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped! Please allow 24-48 hours for the status of the shipment to update and correctly display on the UPS or USPS website.
